When it comes to the Pierce wedding day all I can think of is genuine laughter, kind hearted people and COLOR. Lizzy had an absolute vision for her wedding day and the team over at White Willow Meadows managed to create a day that was so her. The day itself was so fun, one of my best friends was in the wedding party so I actually knew all the girls through college so it was so fun to see another one of them celebrate a new chapter.
Lizzy & Griffin picked some of my favorite wedding vendors for their day. Natasha and her team over at Aisle & Co. are top notch wedding planners in Columbus, Ohio with their attentive detail and proactive team every single wedding day I’ve worked with them has been top tier.
Denise Chesser is one of my favorite Bridal Hair Stylist in Columbus, not only does she have the funnest personality, her work is unmatched.
David Wimmers is one of my favorite wedding DJ’s to work with and I try to bring him along for every Ohio wedding I have. His dance parties are so fun most of the time I’m out on the dance floor with the guest.

We used Brittany for engagement and wedding photos. She knocked both out of the park!!! She was so attentive to details and did an AMAZING job editing a pesky exit sign out of each and every picture. Photos were very important to me and Brittany was sure to make sure to capture everything I wanted (and then some!). Neither my husband or I have much experience “posing” for photos and weren’t sure what to expect. Brittany made us feel super comfortable and did a fabulous job capturing our personalities. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer! Also – she managed to snap a photo of us with ALL the guests at our wedding. So awesome!!

Some of my favorite black and white photos I’ve taken have come from this wedding from her Mom zipping up her dress, to the emotion felt from her dad seeing her as a bride and her reaction in the mirror for the first time to this stolen moment of her on her way to her and Griffins first look.
Absolutely obsessed with this floral install they did for their seating chart!
Sets of photographs like this is one of the many reasons I chose to add second shooters to all of my weddings. It’s all about perspective.
Let’s take a second for the Gardens of Verona! At White Willows Meadow they give their couples the option to get married in the gardens, which I’m sure are stunning like the rest of the venue! Since it was still a little chilly in March L & G opted to have their wedding inside but we still got to do some stunning portraits in the garden after their ceremony.
White Willow Meadows made the perfect backdrop to their “after sunset” photos. That day the sun played in and out all day until we wanted to do sunset photos and there was no sun.
One thing I started doing at my weddings was making sure regardless of how many family photos we do I get a giant group shot with my couples and their guest. Can you see everyone, no. Is everyone looking? Impossible but you get to see so much love and celebration from one photo! The funniest part is the first time a DJ suggested this I hated it, with a burning passion LOL. The more I thought about it and did it it became such a giant part of why I love this part of the day. LET’S CELEBRATE.
Lizzy’s dad purchased this special wine for her wedding 30 years ago can you believe it, It was so fun to see them be able to enjoy it.
Brittany makes it an effort to get to the heart of the clients she works with. Driven by genuine emotion and authentic story-telling tailored to her couples.
